We request 1 parent or guardian accompany children to their visit.

Please wear a mask to clinic. Gloves will be provided.

We are still offering telemedicine visits as an alternative. Insurance continues to cover telemedicine.
For safety, if you answer "yes" to any of the following, we ask that you call to change your appointment (425.347.1951):

Any air and/or cruise travel within the last 30 days

Fever

Cough

Shortness of breath
