As a general practioner, I see people of all ages and for all types of conditions. Visits include discussion of nutrition, exercise, relationships, & sleep patterns along with physical exam and labs. For treatment, I focus on the foundations of health with lifestyle counseling and supportive therapies — like botanicals, physical medicine, and nutritional medicine. I make a heartfelt effort to understand your concerns and address your goals for wellness. I have a particular interest in children's health, digestive complaints, heart disease, complementary cancer care, and endocrine conditions.

A native of Whidbey Island, I attended the University of Washington for my undergraduate, where I studied community health. After, I earned my naturopathic medicine degree from Bastyr University. I have completed advanced training in pediatrics, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, & IV nutrient therapy. Out of the clinic, I enjoy spending time with my family, writing, baking, and playing outside.

Passion for herbal medicine

Herbal medicine is based on the use of plants with healing properties that are taken internally or applied to the skin. Since ancient times, many different cultures have used herbs to treat illness and improve vitality. Currently, research into herbal medicine is on the rise. At Mukilteo Natural Health, treatments are based on both traditional knowledge and scientific evidence. Our clinic uses the highest quality tinctures and botanical supplements available.

Approach to childrens healthcare

Helping parents raise happy, healthy kids is one of the most rewarding parts of my practice. Our clinic offers a common sense approach to children's healthcare including visits and well child exams. Treatment plans follow the therapeutic order, using the least invasive therapy first. When necessary, naturopathic physicians have the ability to prescribe pharmaceuticals.

Product recommendations

Our clinic recommends products that are held to the highest standards of purity and potency, all of which are third party tested. Products include tinctures, nutraceuticals, botanical supplements, and topical preparations.

“All things are connected. Whatever befalls the earth, befalls the sons and daughters of the earth. Man did not weave the web of life; he is merely a strand in it. Whatever he does to the web, he does to himself.”
